Some out of charecter stuff, El decapitator was victim to a re-format. That should be all.
On to the story.... After going on a grand adventure, El decapitator again returned home, a Hlaalu stronghold on the banks of the Odai river. He walked up the hill, a smile on his orcish face, he was always glad to see home. There was nobody there however, not a patrolling guard, not a salesman, no not even a cave rat. El walked up to the main plaza of his stronghold. Bodies lay strewn from wall to wall, like victims of a massacre, but there was no massacre. The bodies were well armed, axes, blades and spears, all were armed. All the arms were taken from El's stash, which he kept out in the open. Ebony, Daedric, Glass, El had riches beyond comprhension, but the weapons werent taken, they were left there. El walked up to his manor to find the door beaten into shambles, he walked inside to find five bodies, two were of wood elves, both of them had bows, another two bodies were of Nords, wielding axes, and the fifth was a breton, the body of the breton was filled with arrows, a deep wound from an axe was in his belly. El suspected some form of magician was behind this, El and the folk in hsi stronghold were unsurpassed warriors, and there were no other bodies around. El walked up the stairs, he turned a corner to his bedroom, that door was beaten into shambles, inside was a multitude of bones, crushed and smashed. There were two bodies, both nords. One had a battle axe, the other had a claymore. Both looked dead.* "El..."*said one of the nords, quietly, badly wounded. El rushed over to him.* "Yes, who did this, what happend ?"*asked El, while looking for a healing potion.* "Tel..vani...mage...necro"*said the badly wounded nord. El found a potion and quickly ran over, giving to the nord. The nord graciously drank it down with what strength he could. El took the nord, better, but still near dead, he put the nord on his own sleeping mat, and then walked over to a display case, he fisted his hand and smashed the glass, and drew a massive Daedric battle axe from within It was a legend, slaying vampire, deadroth, skeleton, mage, warrior, the axe had slain many, El was its wielder and was behind evrey kill, evrey mangling, evrey decapitation. Rarely was the axe used, but now El was angry, very, very angry. He wielded his axe, he put it over his shoulder and walked down stairs, though the litter of bodies, and then outside. He went to the neabry buildings in his stronghold, gathering his artifacts. He slipped on a couple rings, he threw on a robe, and wore an amulet. Then, he went back into the courtyard and began walking into the sky, and then towards Balmora. He quickly descended onto the city, he looked around, and quickly went into what seemed like a normal house. There was one person in the house, an elderly man, Nord by the looks of him.* "I have come, i want revenge."*said El.* "Yes, you do. Follow me"*said the nord. There was a bright light, and then El and the old man appeard in the plains. They were near a cavern, the elderly man went inside, El followed.* "I figur'd you would come for him some day. I will watch youre manor."*said the old man, pointing to a wooden gate. El walked towards the gate, and opened it, he walked inside. Inside was a large wolf, it was the size of a horse, but more vicious. As soon as the wolf saw El, the wolf layed down. In the wolves lair were piles of bones, and a magnificent saddle. El took the saddle, and saddled the wolf, and then gave it a quickl nudge with his glas boots, and El and his wolf stormed out of the cavern. The elderly man was gone, teleported to Balmora.*

*El decapitator was now in a rage. As he thundered out of the cave and into the fields, he headed southest to the nearest Telavanni stronghold. Along the way, El showed no mercy, anyone who looked ot be a mage was trampled or cut down. Perhaps innocnets were killed, but El was focused only on revenge. When El came within sight of the first ourlaying Telavanni strongold, El charged fowards, but then stopped and dismounted, carrying the reigns to his wolf with him. Walking side by side with his wolf, El looked vicious. A giant orc with a giant wolf meant trouble, but since El left no survivors on his rampage, no rumors were about. El causually strolled up to the gate when a guard, clad in bonemold, stopped him.* "What is youre buisness here, orc..."*said the guard resentfully.* "Revenge"*said El. With a quick swing of his axe the guard lay down, without a head. El let loose his wolf, which then searched out the stronghold inhabitants, mauling and chopming as he went. El made his way straight to the manor of the owner of the stronghold. Unaware of the carnage outside, when a knock was heard at the door, a slave aragonian was sent to open the door. The door creaked open, revealing El, clad in armor and stained with blood. El lowered his axe and pushed the slave aside, and then turned to see a frightened bosmer mage. El raised his axe and charged, the mage tried to quickly run and cast a fireball spell. The fireball flew at El, El ran through the fire and imbedded his axe into the bosmers chest, El sighed and then pulled his axe of the lifeless corpse and cleaned it, and then put it back on his back. El then searched for keys, when he found them he tossed one to the slave, to free his shackles and flee. The otehrs keys were to the doors of the stronghold. Each door was open and had a torch tossed inside. After setting fire to evrey building, including the treasury and armor, of the stronghold, El called his wolf, who was stuff from eating the guards and unaware passerbyes. El jumped on his wolf, and they rode on. There were, undoubtedly, survivors now. El wanted this, rumors of a savage orc and wolf would be spread far and wide, but El had a bigger plan. As they rode on, they encountered another small televanni outpost. It suffered the same fate as the one before. Smoke rose into the night sky, El rode on. Televanni outpost after outpost fell, El was in a rage, and already several outposts were burnt to the ground. Rumors began to circulate, some said that dagoth ur had came back to kill off the televanni mages, some say it was a mythic warrior, some said it was a lunatic.*

* As another night fell, El continued. Dead bodies of mages were left, chopped to pieces and then mauled or eaten, it was a string of horrendes attacks. El continued, until he reached the Wolverine hall area. Imperial guards were out on full force, along with a telivanni guard, and mage, detachment. El could not sneak in to do his deeds, and he could not let it rest. As El thought about this, he was interupted by shouts.* "There he is ! there is the orc ! quickly get the archers ! Telivanni !"*shouted an imperial scout. El quickly gave his wolf a kick and they soon crashed into the scout, El looked around while his wolf gave a fatal bite to the imperial guard's neck. The guards quickly gathered togather and while the mages were busy preparing spells, the guards charged at El.* "Ride my beast !"*shouted El, just as he jumped off his wolf. The wolf quickly ran around the guards to devour the mages. The guards rushed ahead at El. At least twenty guards had amassed, all charged in unison, but as each came into range, each fell to El's axe, Televanni and Imperial alike, El showed no mercy. All were hewn down before the orc. As the last of the guards fell, the first of the mages fireballs crashed into El, but the mages had no second chance. El's wolf pounced upon the defensless mages and mauled them all, severly wounding them, well beyond the point of recovery. El emerged out of a firey crater nearly unharmed. Despite the length of the engagement, word spread quickly. The televanni mages were using levitate and quickly taking cover in Wolverine hall, while those without teleport ran as quickly as they could behind the stone walls, or they took shelter on ships, and they tried as they could to lower the sails to escape El's terrible wrath. El walked up on top of a nearby hill and shouted out.* "DELIVER THE MAGES !"*he shouted angrily.* "Drop youre weapon and we promise you a fair trial for the cold blooded murder of guards and those belonging to house televanni."*replied a guard.* "THE MAGES, OR YOU ALL !"*El shouted in reply.*

*The fortress fell silent, Wolverine hall was on an island, a single soldier could not penetrate its walls, or so it was thought. El stood alone on a hill, the inhabitants of the countryside fled to the saftey inside the walls, the drawbridge was still down, aloowing the last of the civilians to cross. El's wolf didnt share the same stand until relations changed thought pattern. A heavy set farmer was running was quickly as he could across the bridge, El's wolf charged at the farmer, but fell dead as an Imperial arrow pierced the Wolf's head, this inferiated El even more.* "NOW YOU DIE !"*shouted El. Archers lined the walls of the fortress around Wolverine hall. The archers laughed heartily amongst themselves when they saw what was going on.* "A single orc ? this is a push over, and a downright insult."*said one of the archers.* "He is devious, shoot him quickly."* said the fortress comander.* "It would be a waste of arrows. He will leave in a moment or two"*replied the archer.* "Ships ahoy, to the north !"*shouted a tower guard. The fortress commander quickly rushed to the tower to see what was happening.* "What is it ?"*he asked.* "Best i can tell, some plains people in a number of longships."*replied the tower guard.* "This is a diversion... ARCHERS ! QUICKLY, ATTACK THE SHIPS !"*shouted the commander, the archers quickly ran to the tower and began to rain arrows upon the ships. The ships, however, were not helpless. Elven archers, both wood elves and Dunmer, returned fire into the fortress. El knew of this, in his travels he managed to forge an allience with the plains people, and they would fight for land and loot, both the Imperials and Telivanni had. El was not sitting idly by however. A number of various soldiers joined El on land. Orcs, Nords, Aragonian, many men of many races joined him. Coming from both land and sea, Wolverine hall was surrounded, but still the defenders massivley outnumbered the attacking force. As the arrows continued to fly, a fireball flew from within the fortress, it hit one of the ships and quickly engulfed the ship in flame, the defenders bailed and began to swim to the waterbound stairs of Wolverine hall, the stairs went to the edge of the water on one end, on the other they lead into the fortress. Some of the men that joined El on land brought ladders, but without something to bridge the gap from the fortress to the rest of the bridge, ladders would do no good. El knew how to bridge gaps, and how ot breech gates. El then lead a charge over the bridge, the heavily armored troops in front and the lightly armored in the back, despite a flurry of arrows from the defenders, El's band continued, and when they reached the gap, El ordered the ladders be put down to make a bridge, and they were. When El's men crossed, they made a dash for the walls, thusfore making themselves almost impossible ot hit from the archers above. On the sea, another ship was set afire, its crew swam to the seaward stairs. Knowing the location of the stairs, the leader of the plains elves orderd his ships to make a course for the stairs, they would crash when they ran aground, but they would have accses ot the fortress. Arrows flew in flurrys, those in the ships took cover as best they could, but returned fire when the imperial archers were firing, thusfore giving the defenders no time to hide or cower. When El and his land force was across, standing on narrow ledges, El ordered the axemen to begin work on the gate, El himself aided in the attacks against the gate. Massive swings from strong arms landed critical hits in the gate's woodwork, but it didnt give. Built of mahogany and reinforced by magic, the gate was strong, not to mention the defenders were barracading the gate from the inside. The siege was in full swing. Men from the boats reached the stairs, coverd by archer fire from the boats the men were able to rush up the stairs and into the courtyard of Wolverine hall, where a fierce melee battle ensued with Imperial guards.*

Arrows flew, swords clanked and shouts and yells were heard coming from near evrey direction. The men from the ships had crash landed, and they quickly ran up, despite heavy archer fire and numerous causulties. As the battle in the courtyard continued, El and his men were slowly able to breech the gate, the blades of axes slowly appeard as loud cracks were heard from the gate. One of the orcs in El's group had heavy steel gauntlets and quickly began to beat the gate with his hands, and before long there was a hole big enough for a man to clibm through. The orc with the gauntlets quickly jumped through and yelled* "GET BACK !"* as he began to unhenge the gate and push it open from the inside. The archers, busy firing into the courtyard, failed to realize the gate had fallen. El and his men rushed in, breaking through the barrier as if it were nothing. The power, and suprise, of El and his troops from the gate shocked the imperial guards in the courtyard, who were, up to that time, focused upon guarding only the entrance from the stairs in the water. Many Imperials were cut down, and thier defense faultered. The men who had lighter armor quickly rushed the towers, breaking down doors and flooding the walls. Imperials were tossed off in both directions. The Imperial garrison realized that if they were to win, they needed to trap the attackers in a defensive position, so they did. The Imperial garrison moved to protect the keep by forming defensive ranks around the door, but once the guards were outside, the door was bolted and secured shut. Once El, the plains troops, and the other various warrios who had gathered there, secured the courtyard and the walls, the battle was in their favor. Now having better positions, archers from the plains tribes gathered in the towers and released eadly volleys upon the defending imperials. After the last defenders in the courtyard were weakened by arrows, El and his warrios had no problem charging them and cutting them down. El gathered a few strong men, and then they picked up a life size statue of the Imperial emperor, and then proceeded to use it as a battering ram against the doors to the keep. Crash after crash frightened the imperial soldiers inside. From the basements men gathered, over one hundred strong soldiers, countless exhausted mages, and an imperial govenor were in the keep. Suddenly the door crashed open, but there were so much furniture and so many random things piled in front of the door, nobody could see anything. But, to thier amazment, no horde came rushing in. There was relief among the foolish, but concern amongst the wise that were inside the keep. For moments, nothing happened. All was silent. Then a shout was heard, and then tumbling. A door swung open, the culprit was a lifeless corpse with his throat cut. Then, as if on cue, warriors rushed in from both staircases on either side of the keep. As soon as the batlte erupted inside the keep itself, the forces outside pushed the barracade, crushing and cutting as they went. Soon there was a three way battle inside the keep. The forces that came from the stairs were able to sneak up ropes from the walls that connected to the keep. A short time later El left Wolverine hall. After the battle in the keep, and fierce combat in the acutall halls, the defenders were slain, down to the last. El had exacted revenge on more mages, but he knew that if it were to be over, and El live his life peacefully, the mages and the imperials must be taken care of. The plains troops and those who gathered to aid El in his attack were looting thier hearts out. Wolverine hall was rich, but nto for long. After the castle was looted, the surrounding Televanni village would be looted, and then be burnt.*

(ooc: End ? its merely the begining. But i will gladly deleate youre posts.) ic: * A number of days passed, soon almost evrey person knew of the attack upon Wolveriene hall, most couldnt belive it. The Imperials found the threat very real. The imperials ordered the garrisons strengthend and the watches doubled. Many small Imperial towns and great house towns were torched, not by El, but by bands of miscreants and thieves, finding the oppertune moment for pillage and plunder. Days passed, minor actions all over Vvardenfell, nothing was heard of El. Then, it happened. A villager, screaming at the top of her lungs, ran into the town of Pelagid. The Imperials imediatley sounded the alarm. The woman ran into the keep of the castle, meet by the Imperial govenor.* "They burnt it all !"*shotued the villager.* "What... all ?"*asked the govenor.* "Suran, the Dren plantation, they burnt it and are coming this way !"*shouted the villager.* "Quickly, guard the walls, prepare heavy ranged weapons, call in the citizens."*said the imperial govenor, the order was given out and the small town was rushed into the keep, save the strong men and boys who were given weapons and armor, and not a moment to soon. An army appeared over the eastern horizon, lead by El. In his travels, El, aided by the legendary attack upon Wolverine hall, had ammased a following of miscreants, El was reluctant but knew they would fight for plunder. El ordered the men to surround the town, just outside of archer fire. Soon the defenders were surrounded by a larger force, little to thier knowladge, in his idle time El had managed to build manegols, catapults and siege ladders. As night fell, El ordered the attack to begin. The catapults and manegoles flung large rocks against the walls of Pelagid. A number of troops with ladders began to make thier way into the town, carrying ladders.* "There, there ! they come against the keep's wall !"*shouted an imperial archer. The men quickly gathered upon the keep, which was linked to the main walls, and shto arrows at the approaching horde. Little to thier knowladge, they were shooting Guars that were covered in tar. The Imperials soon saw through this ruse, but it was to late. The men that were in the town rushed the gatehouse, they lifted thier ladders and managed to get inside and they began to open the gate. Like a dark flood, men poured into the castle, the imperial archers, gathered in one spot, were perfect targets. They shot a relentless stream of arrows into El's army, but it was to no avail. Soon El's troops overwhelmed the archers and killed them all. It was a quick siege compared to that upon Wolverine hall. After a short time the men got into the keep, those within were massacred. El let his troops plunder until daybreak, then he proposed a daring plan. Standing atop the keep, his army below in the courtyard.* "Men... long have the imperials governed you. Long have the Hlaalu stolen from you. Long have the Televanni enchanted you, Long have the Redoran bullied you. Now men, i say we strike back at them all."*shouted El. A bloodthirsty cheer replied.* "We aim not at Ald-Rhun, not at Sadith Mora, Not at Balmora, but...VIVEC !"*shouted El.* "All who do not wish to come with me, fight, pillage, and die free and rich, then leave now, turn in youre cowardice, flee from a chance to be free, no longer be called outlaws, but be able to oppress those who have oppressed you and killed youre bretherin !"*shouted El. None left.* "Split the army, I want all the bridges from Vivec to Balmora be burnt to the ground. Send word to those who take shelter in Hlormaren, We will finish this. Life with liberty... or Death with Glory."*yelled El.* "In two days, we meet in the smoldering ruin of Seyda Neen, where many of us arrived as slaves and prisoners."*said El. Many troops left, they would spread the word and burn bridges. Those who remaind El took south to Seyda Neen.*

*No more than a week later, there was unrest along the coasts, and inland on Vvardenfell. Balmora's defenses were strengthened, the Imperial forts were always on watch, but no more than regular patrosl were established around Vivec.* "That smoke, from the west, what do you recon it is ?"*said one of the watchmen to an ordinator.* "No doubt El and hsi miscreants... Come now, Vivec will not fall, layed upon layer of fortifications, archers, mages, and hte design allows for a very defensive position. Vivec will never fall, to many inhabitants, it would take thousands upon thousands of men merely to reach the first canton."*replied the ordinator.* "There, there, look, a scout !"*shouted the watchman.* "No, it just an imperial traveller. No Doubht from his tatterd clothes a monk on a pilgrimage."*said the ordinator.* "Monks dont run."*said the watchmen, uneasily.* "When you.... run, call the head ordinator, ready the defenses."*shouted the ordinator.* *As the imperial entered the city, he was taken before a council of the three great houses, the ordinators, monks, and various other people.* "I come from ebonheart, i bring grave news..."*said the badly wounded imperial.* "Go on..."*said one of the men in the crowd.* "El and his band fell upon us, they used catapults, manegols, trebuchets, our stone walls held firm at first, but eventually they began to crack. Noone could escape, ships filled with archers surrounded us, we dared not run for it, as they would set us afire. Then they were to far for us to fire at. They used our fort against us. As the walls crumbled, they crushed many inhabitants. Relief came, if but for a moment, when near two thousand troops managed to attack the flanks of the orcs army, but they were cut down like a sword through cloth. With a tower down, El and his men lowered ladders and makeshift bridges, under the cover or siege engines and their archers, we could not risk to expose ourselves. Though a few of the enemy were crushed, they came like a dark wave. Breaking down doors, storming into the halls, all was lost in a very short time. Me and a number of accomplices attempted to escape with govenors, royalty and diplomats, but their archers had a great range, many of us were cut down, then, their lizard men leaped upon us, only five managed to make it away from the burning city. Two more were slain due to archers who were following us, the other two must have fallen while running here. I made it, alone, afraid, they are coming."*said the imperial, his plight was a true one, Ebonheart was razed to the ground by El's army, which was still growing rapidly. A patrol rushed through the crowd and into the room.* "Sir, scouts report a massive army is heading this way."*said the scout.* "How far away ?"*replied one of the men.* "Thier trebuchets can hit us within the hour."*replied the scout. The men in the room scattered In a short time a rush and panic was among the whole city. Archers and maged lined the various cantons, ready to shower the invaders with arrows and magic. Els army was ammassing outside Vivec, their ranks were deep, massive siege engines were being prepared, with many ladders and basically moving houses to protect soldiers while they approached Vivec's cantons. El was overseeing his forces and thier preperation. In a very short time, numerous rabbles of outlaws, bandits, rouges and various miscreants were forged into a cohesive army. An hour passed. Els army was ready, wagons upon wagons full of stones and supplies were coming, El's siege engines were ready and in range, but El made no attempt at bombardment, yet. An Aragonian runner made his way through the army's ranks to El, and then El gave the word and in unison the massive siege engines lobbed stones, rocks and boulders at Vivec. The thought of Vivec falling was unimagineable. The defender's numbers swelled, all the levels on each cantons were filled. The narrow bridges were barracaded, the shop owners gladly loaned thier wares to defend the city many of them called home. In response to the initial barrage, the mages of the city concentrated and cast a amssive magic shield to attempt to defend the city.*

*El's army, ammassed and ready, had begun the bombardment of Vivec. Evreyone in Vivec, from those who lived in the tallest cantons to the sewer dwellers, all came in tis defense. The mages cast a magic shield to defend the city against the bobmardment, in time it would be apparent if it worked. The stones came, closer and closer, and then crashed into the magic barrier. The boulders came, some crashed through, the others rolled down the side of hte magic barrier, filling in the moat around Vived. The stones crashed, but fell. The small rocks hit, put fell like pebbles down. From the sheer size and strength of the initial bombardment, many mages were pushed back, as gaps began to appear in the shield. Another barrage was unleashed from El's army, the boulders crashed through, the cantons held firm, suffering damaged to the walkways and rooftops, but no interior damage. The stones crashed into the barrier as before, some rolled down, others crashed into the tighly packed ranks of the defenders, and the walls of the cantons. The rocks flew through the gaps, raining down dense, earth death in the ranks of the defenders. The bombardment was focused upon the Foreign quarter, as was the defense. Those who could not fight huddled in fear as the sounds of crashing boulders and screams of those hit by stones and rocks. More mages fell from the bombardment, the shield was greatly diminished. The remaining mages knew it was foolish to try and keep up the shield, so they focused upon casting healing spells, leaving the canton, and its defenders vurnerable. A third barrage was fired from El's army. The effect was devastating. The walls in the foreign quarter shook, the walkways crumbled, the once beatifull architecture was crumbling. Stones hit, following the boulders. The stones crashsed into defenders, doors, barracades, rooftops, anything hit was killed or crushed. The following rocks managed to inflict major damage. Another barrage was fired, the effects were the worst possible. A boulder crashed into the dome of the Foreign quarter and broke through. Stones hit and broke stones like it was nothing, the rocks killed all but those who could defend themselves. The mere thougt of Vivec beign sieged, the succses of the bombardment, and the mounting causulties lead to the less brave soldiers and mages retreating to the other cantons. El gave the order, and as another barrage was fired, El's main army began to move fowards. The barrage hit and did a great ammount of damage, but the defenders focused thier efforts on the approacing army. Even thought many were killed, and many more fled, a great numbers of defenders were still on the battered walkways of the foreign quarter. The moving houses, was they were called, gave protection to El's men as they moved fowards. The archers and mages loosed a volley of arrows and magic, but few troops fell. El traiend his men on how to defend against archer fire and how to avoid magic attacks. Then something unthinkable happened. Troops flew from the lines of El's army, mainly Hibasi and Aragonian, and those with a great ammount of dexterity and agility. Among El's ranks were Icarian mages, though El distained mages, and had ordered for them to be killed in the battle, the Icarians cast thier Icarian flight spells and some of El's troops flew into the cantons. The troops that were in this aerial assault quickly made a home in the rubble, but went to slay the defenders from the inside out. The flurry of arrows upon El's main army slowed as those who 'flew' into the wreckage of the Foreign quarter made thier way to slay archers and mages. Then, the moving houses dropped thier front onto the ground-level of the foreign quarter canton. Troops flooded the walkways of the city, initially the mere mass of troops overwhelmed the defenders, but it soon turned into a greuling close-ranged melee battle. El himself was in the charge, hacking away alongside his troops. The levels of the cantont were taken slowly, level by level, from bottom to top. Evrey inch was cleared before moving to the next level. When the time came, Els army readied an assault upon the next cantons. Lining each level, he troops didnt move until the order was recieved. A flaming arrow lit the sky and like a plauge of insects El's troops rushed out and onto the bridges to the next level. Unlike the foreign quarter, there were many archers and mages lining the walkways of the next cantons, they shot and cast as quick as they could to attempt to stop El, but they failed. El's troops rushed the barracades, made mainly of doors, desks and carts. Archers among El's troops replied in kind to the volley from the defenders, and soon evrey level on three cantons were filled with men from both sides. Arrows flew from all the levels onto the others, across the moats and walkways of Vivec. It soon became a bloodbath, bloodier and bigger than any other siege ever attempted. The once prosperous trading city of Vivec was turning into a fortress, each canton its own keep and citadel. The defenders, some no more than pilgrims and farmers, were equiped with top of the line equipment from the various shopkeepers and forgeries. The attackers were outlaws, brigands, thieves, pillagers, mercanries, slaves, anyone looking for plunder. El's intentions were for justification and freedom, his armies for gold and glory. Regardlessly, all fought vigorusly.*

*As the battle raged on, it seemed El's army was cslowing closing the gap on the bridges. Using the defenders barracades against them, El's troops moved them slowly fowards, covered by archers, and then when they reached the barracades on the oppisite side, they would climb over and massacre the defending archers. The causulties on both sides were enormous, but whichever side was victorious would have great results. Near the entirtey of bandits routed, or Vivec being burned and looted. As El's troops began to climb the defending barracades, the fighting became fierce. Loyal members of the great houses defended thier cantons with an unusual zeal. El was confident, he had a smirk on his face albeit his face being covered in blood. El was on the highest level of the canton, fighting alongside his men when loud horns sounded. Hundreds of horns with an eyrie and dark sound, then the sky darkened. Arrows filled the cantons that were still in the hands of the defenders, the skys then cleared.* "Ships, SHIPS !"*shouted a Redoran guard. Word quickly spread amongst the defenders. The defenders then scattered, they incurred many losses due to the arrow fire, and decided it best to have a long greuling battle inside the cantons, instead of on teh walkways where there was open room to manuver. The ships were those of bandits, and those to the east. From his travels and fame at the battle of Wolverine hall, El knew he must keep a force secret. In his days of travelling and hiding, many troops came, which he sent to gather ships, and so they did. Those were nto the only ships however. Troops who had went to burn bridges and cities gathered at Seyda Neen, which was burnt, but the ships there remained in tact and were used. The ships, after filling hte defenders with a volley of arrows, made thier way to the sewer entrances through Vivec's numerous cantons. The men in the ships then jumped into the sewers, but the defenders did not know this. The defenders were outnumbered and surrounded. It was only a matter of time. El quickly rounded up his strongest and most loyal men, they charged throug the abandoned barracades towards Vivecs palace. While El's army remained and fought for control of the cantons, El was after vivec himself. As El's and his most trusted men ran across the cantons, the flaoting prison above the temple fell from its levitation. The temple was crushed, but El and his men continued, climbing the rubble as they went. As they reached the otehr side of the rubble, and within sight of Vivecs palace, a large stream of violet energy shot up out of the palace, this was vivecs' beacon he used to call aid, it was never before used. The energy filled the sky and could be seen to all the edges of Vvardenfell. El wasted no time, he lead his men in a glorious charge up the palace stairwell, when they were half way up the doors swung open and ordinators swarmed out, but not before firing a volley of crossbowbolts into El and his small band of personal troops. El charged up, they met the ordinators and fought quickl and valoriously, for the orcs they were. Ordinators were tossed off the stairwell and plumitted into the sea below.* "We've got them, go ahead !"*shouted one of El's band. El wasted no time, he nodded and charged up the stairwell past the ordinators. El entered the palace, vivec's beacon stopped, but a fireball flew out of the doors. More magical attacks flew around, and then they stopped. A hush fell over the warriors, even in the cantons sewers. An aura of uneasiness was felt over the city. A headless body fell tumblimg down the stairs, it was covered in blood, beyond the extent of idenification. El walked out to the top of the stairs and let out a blood curdiling yell of victory as he held vivec's lifeless head high in his left hand. This act discouraged the defenders of the once proud city, many attempted to run, some surrendered. Some stood however. As night rose the fighting continued.*

*After the defeat of vivec and the dishearteneing effect on the morale of its defenders, it would be easier, but sitll be difficult. The simple mass of defenders would be difficult to break. Fighting lasted on into the night, all through the night, the next morning few defenders were left. Mainly of the Ordinators and house Redoran, a few Hlaalu members, but the group had secured themselves in the plaza of St. Olms, they had gotten spears and were holding out in vain. Hundreds of miscreants were around St. Olms, but the attacks were replused. El heard of this, and began to march to St. olms himself. The city was in ruin. Few pockets of resistance were there, many buildings were burnt, bodies filled the sea and the city, cracked rooftops and shattered walkways lined the sky, once perhaps the greatest city of all was now in ruins. When El arrived, his troops cleared a path for him.* "You are all that remain alive."*said El.* "We Fight to the last."*replied an ordinator.* "You are the last. Youre city is in ruin, the ordinators are broken, the vaults are being looted, and all i have to do is give the order and youre group will be leveled by archers."*said El.* *El's reply was devastating. The fighting had lulled for El's negotiations, the defenders began to notice fallen ordinators, slain redoran, they looked to the distance and saw Vivecs palace, the stairs were littered with the corpses of ordinators.* "A ship is ready and waiting, sail away, you may keep a months wages and youre weapons each."*said El. His reply was a solemn nod. El's army parted the way, the last defending pocket made thier way down the ruined cantons. When they reached the boat, a chest full of gold was put on board, the battered defenders set sail, never to return again.* "TO THE FRONT !"*shouted a distraught orcish warrior, a steel arrow was embedded in his armor. El quickly rushed out to the foreign quarter to see what was going on.* "Rally the men, we fight once more !"*shouted El. During the night, imperial troops managed to approach the city. They had an early start due to vivecs beacon, but troops came. They crossed rivers and ravines, many were lost and the slow were left behind. They got their late, but just in times to stop the escape of El's army. Though battered and outnumbered, El managed to rally a good number of his men, mainly orcs and veterains of the now distant Wolverine hall attack. The imperial army swelled to over three thousand men, they had encircled the ground escape routes to Vivec, since most of the ships had departed, filled with loot, there was no way out.* "They are cowering, let us loose a barrage and meet them in the city !"*shouted an imperial commander.* "No, wait, waht is that !"*said a soldier.* *El marched out nobley, at the head of five hundred loyal men. They were battered, covered in blood, exhausted, and ready to fight. The remnants of El's army in the city bailed, taking canoes and whatever floated to get away. Few werenow loyal to El's cause. With blood curdiling Orcish yell, El lead his men in a charge againt the Imperial army. A volleyo f arrows reduced the numbers of el's men even more, but when teh charge hit the imperials, it was devastating. The Imperial line was streched thin, and the charge broke through. Some fled, some stayed to fight, officaly El was never seen again. Most speculate he died fighting, some say he fell in the city, of was one of the deserters. But, even years later, a small group of old redoran soldiers say that El did in fact survive, living quietly in his stronghold to the end of his days.* The End[/size]
